Worst practitioner I have ever seen. Violated privacy laws, harassed me by phone AT WORK, prescribed dangerous medicines I did not need, was condescending and does not listen. Should not be practicing. DO NOT ALLOW HER TO TREAT YOU! You will regret it.

After moving to Eugene, Oregon from Portland Oregon, I was assigned to Michelle Davila as my new "doctor" (she is a nurse practitioner). She was very very late for my appt. She was no help whatsoever! After being prescribed pain medication for many years by my doctor in Portland Oregon, she refused to refill my meds at my new patient appointment. I am a chronic pain patient with chronic illness. I siffer from RA & Fibro & she cut me off completely! She gave me Ibuprofen, what a joke, & sent me home in severe pain without any relief at all. I suffered from extreme withdrawal...which is quite dangerous for a chronic pain patient on pain meds. It was horrible! Not to mention the severe pain all over my body! I went through this for several weeks before getting a pain mgmt. appt. It was awful! Barbaric! No one should be put through such horrible pain and withdrawal. I had to go to ER many times, not only for pain, but for severe withdrawal symptoms! Cold turkey from pain meds is very serious and dangerous! I would not recommend this NP to anyone! Horrible experience! I was made out to be a "pill popping junkie" and treated like a low life! I ultimately had to quit my job, because I couldn't work without pain & fatigue relief! Overall, a horrible experience! I don't wish this sort of treatment on anyone!

I wouldn't recommend Davila to anyone I know. Disgusted with the lack of care and communication I was given. When I asked for a refill on pain medication to keep me comfortable until I saw my surgeon, she prescribed me birth control pills and anti-depressants. I've been degraded, ignored, and treated like a nuisance...meanwhile suffering from pain with absolutely no comfort. Davila should not be allowed to care for anyone's medical needs.

Two visits now and "doctor" seems to have a moral conundrum when dealing with pain management. I'm all for trying new things, but being rushed out of the office without a care given to followup is negligent. Two visits now, and instead of supplying an emergency resupply of an already utilized medication, I was lied to and told that the doctors office doesn't prescribe my medication, and that I would just need to suffer along for another 60 days. Had a bad reaction to our last attempt, and instead of trying something new, I'm asked to get more blood work done (fine) and follow up asap only to be 30 days out?!?!?

Told she was coming back to the room after my talk with an associate of hers, only to be told "bad news" that she wouldn't be coming back for the rest of the apt. I literally got to speak with her all of 10 minutes.

Not a Dr. but a joke.
