I think Dr.Farhat is great! I have a healthy, smart and beutiful baby, what more could you ask for!

I love Dr.Farhat and jis assistant Lisa. They are great and very helpful. The secretary is nice in person but has no phone eticate, in fact on a couple of occasions she has been completely rude. I fell Dr.Farhat is very informative and a great doctor.

I have seen this doctor for than five years had two pregnacies. Had vaginal delivery and a C section both birth done by Farhat and Both great if you are looking for the doctor with great knowlegde farhat is a great choice and being a nurse myself that was important.

I have been going to Dr. Farhat for years now and just love him! He has been kind and considerate and always been willing to sit down and answer any questions I have ever had. Twice I have needed surgery and he handled everything beautifully and I had zero problems and he made sure everything went smoothly for me and I understood what was necessary beforehand and what had taken place afterwards and he kept me as comfortable as possible until I was able to go home. As long as he is in practice he will be my doctor and I will recommend him to anyone!

Performed surgery that was not necessary and did absolutely no good. Sent home in much pain for no reason. Second opinion doctor could not believe nor understand why he did the surgery as it did absolutely no good. Lots of complaints in the community about him. No compassion.

If you like to be rushed and not completely cared for this Doc is for you. I had a baby recently and kept telling Dr. Farhat the baby felt really big. This was not my fist pregnancy. He assured me not to worry even though I was measuring 3 weeks ahead! Well labor day came and I delivered a 10 pound plus baby with a lot of trauma down below. That is not all 2 weeks later I found out my bladder had prolapsed and I had a vigina of a 60 year old. All Farhat would say to me is that in was genetic...of course couldn''t be his fault. No one in my family has had this - no one - we did a family history as far back as we could. So now I am suffering each day with this, a C-section would have most likely prevented it! I am devastated, that this happened to me, and he acts like it is no big deal. This has affected every aspect of my life, from physical activity, sex, and even emotionally! Dr. Farhat has been my doctor for the past 2 years. I have struggle to conceive and when I finally became pregnant we found out there were problems. I was so touched by his willingness to talk to me and give me the options, as well as his compassion reguarding the likely loss of this pregnancy after trying for so long. He has an excellent bedside manner, was willing to allow me to participate in the decisions made, and make every effort to save my baby. When my tube ruptures(prooving the pregnancy was ectopic) he SAVED MY LIFE after the on call doctor refused to do surgery. We lost our baby, but he was so kind and caring, and he came in on his day off to operate and save my life. I frequently recommend him to others and know MANY people who are very happy with their care from him.

I had a friend who recommended him to me almost 20 years ago because he saved her life (toxic shock). I took her advice and love him!!!! He has been my primary doctor on occasion when I was in between and he will always remain my ob/gyn. Over the years I have recommended him to all my friends and family. I know for a fact that all 7 of them have been extremely happy with the care. I know for a fact he is one of the busiest of his kind in Jackson and highly respected. His experience and knowledge have saved many people in this community. That is why my friend drives 200 miles to continue her care with him!! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Farhat, became my doctor in the later part of my pregnacy after moving. At first seemed nice and helpful. But, at delivery this is where the problems began. I went into labor, the hospital staff paged him. And the staff was told to send me home because I had two weeks to go. I was dialated to a 3. Mind you that was done over the phone he had not seen me at all. The head nurse, and Dr. Farhat did not get along at all! He finally came in and broke my water and jabbed my babys head with the needle. As my time got near they kept paging Farhat. I was crowned and NO doctor. The head nurse scrubbed up. Finally Farhat made his grand entrance. He didn't wear gloves to deliver her, because he ignored his calls and pages. My daughter almost ended up on the floor. I got an infection because of his dirty way of delivering my child. In delivery, the nurse and Dr. Farhat got into a huge fight. When all was done another nurse came in and asked "Why did you choose Dr. Farhat" Ladies that says it all!

I went to this doctor with my first child with no problems, but when I became pregnant again I had problems, I had three miscarriages and he basically told me I would never have another child.. He would not run any test or do anything for me.. Needless to say I went and got a second opinion and I have had Two wonderful boys since then.. Would never go back
