Can't say enough good things about Dr. Rubenstein--have been going to him since 2001. Great bedside manner and always has more time for us than I would ever expect. My kids really like him also. Very open to educating and discussing concerns / issues. Also has a good (though quite dry) sense of humor. Staff is also very good. I can't really think of any significant criticism.

I have been seeing Dr. Rubenstein for 5 years. He is very patient, understanding and answers each and every question I have. whenever I needed a same day appt, I was able to get in. He always followups w/me as promised. I absolutely love Dr. Rubenstein. He always take the extra step to make me feel comfortable w/his diagnosis.

I have a hip ache that does not goes away, I am only 30 and he said it is at my age my body will start to ache!!

Dr. Rubenstein is rude and sarcastic. The first time I went to him I mentioned that my husband and I were going through in vitro treatments. He said, "You know that doesn't work most of the time, right?" He may be knowledgeable but his bedside manner is unacceptable.

He will spend his time with you and explain everthing, like your meds and what you can expect if they do not agree with you. He is very knowledgeable and can pinpoint your problem. His office has a very friendly atmosphere. He has been my Doctor since 1992.

Dr. Rubenstein spends time with patients, explains things thoroughly and reiterates key points to ensure understanding. He is respectful of the patient's viewpoint and input.

I don't have complaints on the doctor...but his office staff is highly rude always turns you down for same day app. I was having a panic attack and they told me I should have called the day befor. Told me to wait till monday and hung up on me.
