Love Dr. Geppert and all the staff. Everyone should be so fortunate to have her and all her staff care for them the way they care for me. Dr. Geppert is caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and treats me as family, as do all the staff. Love that she keeps me a young and healthy senior. Bless you guys! Love you.

I love and trust Dr. Geppert, but Nancy, the receptionist, is rude and unprofessional. The remainder of the staff are awesome! I gave staff a "poor" because of Nancy. She is so horrible that it warrants the complete support staff to receive a "poor" rating. It is unfortunate Dr. G's receptionist is so rude that I dread calling the office to make my necessary appointments. She is the first person Dr. G's patients see and communicate with and should be taught compassion and understanding or retire!!!! I have been a patient of Dr. G's for over 20 years and trust her completely!!! I recommend Dr. Geppert 100%!!! She is now in Canton, 2050 N. Haggerty, Ste. 220, Canton, MI 48187, 734.446.9757.

Find a different doctor!! Staff is impossible to deal with!! VERY rude!! Constantly giving me the run around. I'm not sure if Geppert herd a word I said because her dog was parking to get out of the patient room we were in.

Dr. G has taken very good of me for awhile. She has 5 staff members, including lab tech. Nurses are friendly and good but, receptionist can be very rude and snappy most of the time, till you snap back at her. Then she softens up a bit but, never smiles at patients. Head nurse can be catty at times but, she's friendly. Other two nurses very nice. Lab tech, very nice and very good at her job.
