Dr. Soliman was very dishonest with me, and that ended up costing far more than he told me it would. He pulled a tooth after a failed root canal, and proceeded to do a dental implant which took months to do, and also failed. The implant cost $6000, and he offered me no help financially when he then suggested I have him make a bridge to fill the gap after he removed the implant. He charged me $3000 for the bridge. A total of $9000 to fill one gap. I cried in the chair when we talked about the expense before he went ahead with the bridge, which I had no way to pay. He said he'd have me do photography for him around the office. I'm a professional photographer. He never had me do that. He told me not to worry when I cried. But he offered no help. I ended up having to apply for a home equity loan to pay for the work. I'm still paying for that 4 years later. He also pulled another tooth that also had a failed root canal and wanted to do a bridge there, too. I definitely couldn't afford another $3000, so I left the gap empty. When he finished the work, I left his practice. I found a wonderful dentist who heard about how Dr. Soliman had treated me, and did the new bridge for free. Meanwhile, the bridge that Dr. Soliman did has never been right. One of the teeth that the bridge is anchored to was filed too far down and the gum there is often sensitive.

I am so pleased with the work done yesterday on my crown - it's the day after my permanent is in and it feels great! Thank you so much for your professionalism, your friendliness, and for answering all my questions. I also am very impressed on how you continue use the latest dental technology - I am sure that assists you, but it also assists us as patients! Thank you!

I haven't been to a dentist in 4 years due to bad experiences growing up and not having insurance for a while. I came in as an emergency case when my wisdom tooth was preventing me from opening my mouth. This clinic has renewed my trust in dentists and I will be returning to get my oral health back on track and kept there. Two decades worth of anxiety about dentists was gone after leaving this office. Thank you so much.

I was very happy with everything concerning my dental problems. My family had all had appointments for different services and each one told me they received quality care and treatment. My ten year old grandson told me he had no problems whatsoever. If he approved then I knew it was the place for me

I was initially a bit nervous when Dr.'s. Lyden and Gorman left, I was telling a neighbor last night, I couldn't be happier. Dr. Soliman is a great replacement. I couldn't be happier.

While there are some hiccups during the transition from Drs. Gorman and Lyden to Henrietta Family Dental, I am still happy with the services offered. Granted it is all new people in the office, they are all very friendly and competent. This is my second visit for normal cleaning/check-up.
