Because of her knowledge ( lack of),physical & mental health impairment I would not send.my dog or even a cockroach to her for medical care.Nothing but lack of care from her. I will never see her again. I believe she desperately needs physical & mental healthcare before she literally kills someone. I will again speak with the doctor she works for. Not to mention they could lose facility. Because of any experience I have had with her it's my opinion she needs help & not to have any medical care over anyone until she gets help or kills someone. She told me she lives with chronic pain. She doesn't seem like a mean person but needs help for herself.

It was all about her at first then never ever asked about medicines. We conversed about my previous surgeries. Then she proceeded to show her Right leg that had cuts on her skin very deep self inflicted cuts by her claiming she felt nothing that she had Neuropathy. Not sure why she did this. She said she cut her skin with a pad. This practioner has NO regard for patient. Without conveying to me she cut back 30 qty of medicine. Then was Late to send scripts over to pharmacy. Then next month attempted to deny it which was hideous due to it was filled by her. She blamed other person V. Which was a lie. Then in January does not even fill one pain prescription didnt even care to wean off the patient. She also said to count the pills from pharmacist what Lame thing to say or to then accuse pharmacist which again it is she who unquestionably didnt care about the health of the patient to high level of pain or withdrawals because of Tammie Perez. Shame on her trying to impress her new Boss and DEA that she looks like prescribing less medicine. How STUPID IGNORANT of her and careless too. She is like a pezdespenser at her own will. She does NOT deserve to be attending patients with severe pain illness or cancer. Who is she to do this and not care. Pharmacist are shocked she did this and even FDA stated this is unethical and harmful. Never going back to this harmful woman. She also lied.

I've been going to sun pain management for over a year now and last month I saw tammie Perez for the first time. Because of 3 test results from 2013, not showing anything in my system, she cut me back and completely took another medication away. She was very rude. She didn't want to hear anything that I had to say

She would not allow me to explain or question her anything she threatened me that if I keep asking questions or take a further that she would drop me from the clinic and she did this in front of the whole staff and patient sitting in the lobby it was the most embarrassing moment of my life
