You left Angie Stotler PRIME CARE NP NOTE: In my Records and I just found it. I don't know if this was on purpose but either way, I appreciate it. Disgusted with the Malpractice Techniques she still uses to this day to suppress my Injury Claim. Unfortunately, they keep forging my Signature for my Medical Releases and changing my Diagnosis to (Lower Back) to this day.... Sad really, I've lost everything and having issues walking now.

Anyway I appreciate your kindness. THX AGAIN

I had a video exam with Deborah this spring, do to covid 19. She was polite, knowledgeable and concise. She is a great asset to the Lima VA staff.

She cuts you off during every response to her question; has the rudest bedside manner; works at the Lima VA, treats Veterans as if they are stupid; is not encouraging, rather condescending; should be let go
