Has been really helpful in my care and my husband has gone to him the last 5 years and is in much better health

Thomas Balch is a very caring ARNP and will listen to you and then more or less prescribe you any medicine you need to get better. As far as doing ANY sort of follow up, you will be VERY disappointed.

I had a prescription expire a few years ago and called his office three times, talked to the receptionist and asked for a call back. Nope. I called and left four after hours voice mails and asked for a call back. Nope. I finally had to send him a personal signature required certified letter to get it resolved.

I went back in November 2014 with a deep irritating cough. After two follow up visits with the same issue, he decided to take some chest X-Rays. There was indeed a spot on my lung so he was going to send my X-Rays out and have it looked at. He would call me back when he got the results back. Nope.

Almost three months later, several calls, an office visit (I was told the machine was broke and they have not been sent out yet) I still have not heard one peep out of him or his office.

There simply isn't enough money in the world for me to place my health in his hands again.
