Dr. Hwang is so nice and a great doctor. She has been the doctor for me and my family for a couple of years now and we feel lucky to have such a caring GP for our whole family. Her admin staff have been very responsive and great too!

Dr. Hwang and her front staff are wonderful. Especially during this Covid pandemic, they have remained available unlike some other doctors offices I hear and they have been very supportive, sending email updates and providing virtual care. Thank you Dr. Hwang and staff!!

Dr. Hwang is kind, compassionate and truly cares about her patients! One of my specialists had ordered some imaging but didn’t schedule me for a follow up for over a month after the test!! Dr. Hwang was copied on the results and she called me to tell me about the results so I wouldn’t have to wait anxiously for a month (which I would have)! I feel that she truly cares about my physical as well as emotional health which I really appreciate. I haven’t had any issues with her staff so far. They could probably be a bit nicer but so could everyone.

Christine Hwang is lovely and compassionate and has been a good doctor. My only issue is she seems to be in a rush whenever I have gone to see her. Also, please fire your grumpy receptionist as mentioned in the other reviews. She is miserable and rude and made me feel insignificant when I was going through serious health issues. There are so many pleasant and qualified people out there who could do her job better.

Dr. Hwang has been by GP for almost 2 years and I am so happy I found her! She was recommended by my mother in law because I was unhappy where I was previously at the Albany where I felt like just a number, but Dr. Hwang has been nothing but kind and thorough from the start. I am surprised to see the negative reviews - I thought her initial meet & greet was great in terms of getting to know me as a patient and a person. Her staff have also been very accommodating and have squeezed me in with Dr. Hwang when necessary. I am so happy I made the switch to Dr. Hwang!

AVOID at all costs, you will thank me. Asked unrelated questions, and her receptionist needs a new occupation - the level of hate for her job is SURPRISING.

The doctor is great but I had a terrible experience with her receptionist. Scheduled an appointment by phone confirming the date several times and then when I showed up she told me I had the wrong date and was extremely rude. I only needed to be seen to be given a flu shot for my 3 year old and I explained that I was willing to wait and they did not even try to accommodate me at all or offer any sympathy for their mistake.
