He ruined my prostrate and lied about it he is a BAD doctor ! Now I have to go to Costa Rica to get my prostrate removed BECAUSE in the usa you can't get it removed unless you have CANCER not if a DOCTOR destroys it !!!!!!!

Horrible experience. I had a prostate biopsy and Dr McPhail tore my butt hole inserting the ultrasound and the pain from the biopsy was unbearable! Don’t go to this Doctor!

When I had my first surgery for stones my ureter was torn during surgery so the procedure was stopped. I went through a stent for 3 months a catheter for 3 weeks never once being changed out. Several infection fevers of over 103 and they let me leave the office alone to drive. I had to initiate all treatment and pay all copay to be seen after the injury during surgery. Although he is a very nice person he was not very mannerly about the severity of the situation. I was terrified as I lived alone.
