Dr Hall is a great doctor but has poor time management. Appointments are often hours behind scheduled whether it be in person or over the phone. If you do have an appointment you do have to clear your entire day because he will not be on time.

The young receptionist is terrible and truly hates her job. She is never friendly or nice and always makes it seem like you're bothering her. Dr Hall is great though and so is Shelly.

Leave the staff and everyone alone in these uncertain times you try dealing with what and who they deal with they have always been kind to me very professional holy as if you are all so perfect Doctor Hall is a wonderful person as his staff I even on occasion drop off coffee and goods when I can because I appreciate the the stress they have at times as far as the rest of you judging go grow up eh …,,Shawn

Doctor Hall is a good Dr. Very friendly. However he needs a new receptionist she is very rude and makes me uncomfortable.

Great doctor, very kind and attentive. Did not have to wait too long to see the Dr. after checking in with the front desk. The staff there is amazing.. especially the young lady at the front. She was very empathetic and genuine when I first called to explain my situation. She booked me for the next available appointment and was warm and welcoming when I arrived. Dr. Hall is an amazing doctor and he is fortunate to have such wonderful staff to help him during these trying times.

Dr. HALL has a very warm nature. He makes you feel at ease and uncomfortable. His reception desk is the complete opposite! Sound agitated and unempathetic when you're trying to explain the urgency of your situation! Left feeling like you've impeded on their day.

Dr. Hall is thorough and knowledgeable. I’m lucky to have him. He has a great nurse. As far as the receptionist, the younger lady is helpful and kind. The older lady is confrontational and rude.

Dr. Hall is great. After reading through the ratings, I find i am not alone in my views of his staff. I agree 100% with the staff rating and I think people may look upon Dr. Hall as being the same, but he is not. Steve...it is time to clean house in there!
