The staff, especially the Lady at the reception, is totally the 180 degrees opposite of the friendly and knowledgeable Dr Hall

Every time I call Dr. Hall’s office, it’s a confrontation with the office staff. It is a very unpleasant experience every time I have to call the office.

I was very mentally ill and am ashamed to say attacked this man's and his staff's character and I will forever beg forgiveness to them for their patience and professionalism in dealing with the public. I'm glad to say their care has helped me and my family in ways I can only meekly and humbly repay. This man and his staff are devoted to you and yours; this is beyond any doubt.

Dr Hall is a wonderful and knowledgeable Doctor, I feel truly lucky to have him for myself and my children. I do however hate calling his office due to how rude the receptionist is (not Trilby she is great), the younger sounding receptionist sounds like she is annoyed you called and I also do not like having to explain everything to the nurse first as I find she acts like she is the Doctor.

Steven Hall is straight to the point with my issues and doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable with personal topics. Shelley on the other hand makes me feel uncomfortable and based off her facial expressions(before covid) and tone over the phone I feel she is judging me for my reason of calling.when asked what I’m here for I’m always vague because I don’t want to hear the judgmental tone of voice. The receptionist doesn’t seem to like her job and always sounds irritated on the phone. When there was in person appointments I hated having to go to the little window to just say I’m here because she always looked and sounded miserable. As with other comments you can hear peoples personal info through the walls and booking an appointment now is a 2 week wait.

Dr Hall has been my family doctor for awhile now, him and Shelley are awesome but my god they should really get a new receptionist. She’s rude, she sounds impatient and makes me feel uncomfortable coming to my appointments. Everything is great other than that!

Amazing doctor, very knowledgeable, attentive, great attitude. He goes above and beyond for his patience. Best doctor I ever had. I don’t have one bad thing to say about him. I never want to lose him as a doctor.

Dr. Hall is very attentive however some of his staff are not. When I phone you book an appointment, one girl who answers the phone seems annoyed and impatient.

I have also been a patient of Dr. Hall along with most of my family. I have nothing but praise and good things to say about him. I find him very helpful and attentive. I'm thankful I have a doctor, many don't. As for the waiting, I don't have a problem with that, the patient load for these doctors is above and beyond what most can handle. Keep in mind there are many people with grave conditions that might need to be squeezed in, one day it might be you that needs immediate attention.

Dr. Hall was kind enough to take me on as a patient, after my doctor retired. I find him to be a very knowledgeable Physician. He and his amazing staff have taken the time to listen to my health concerns and offer caring solutions.
