For the past 15 years she has provided nothing but perfect, compassionate care. Punctual, personable, knowledgeable, and honest. Good luck to anybody finding a better GP than Susan!
My only possible complaint is how the phone system in the office is often tied up, but I think that’s more of a healthcare system issue. The easy solution is to book appointments online.

Dr Susan MacLeod is a compassionate and caring doctor. She listens to my concerns and follows up. She makes sure I’m directed to specialists when necessary. Her bedside manner is impeccable, that is very important to me.

We are so blessed to have this amazing, kind, compassionate, caring, thorough ,absolutely wonderful woman as our family doctor We only wish she knew how much she is appreciated. Covid has put such a strain on her and her co workers yet they have always greeted us with a smile and care above and beyond measure. They are angels on earth!! The very best❤️

So thankful to have Dr. MacLeod as our family physician. Her staff will always try to find a way to fit us in when needed even if it's last minute, truly cares about my boys and will always ask about them. Love her, she's one of the best.
