The doctor is nice enough. His Np is his wife and she treated me horribly on the phone. Don't expect returned calls....and if you call back and she answers...be prepared. She is not nice. I am just looking for answers. No, I don't expect a call every day...but when I call and don't hear from anyone...I will keep calling. I have the right to ask questions and to get answers in a courteous fashion.
