I had an aweful experience with her. She performed an IUD procedure on me and I fainted because she didnt do it correctly, she also didnt warn me ahead of time that this could happen. She was very slow and did not know what she was doing. The way she spoke to me was also rude and was full of ego. Patients should be treated with respect and not walked all over. I asked her what year of residency she was in, she said 3rd. I was shocked that by this time she should have known what she was doing. I complained to one of the staff there about her and told her to take this matter to the chief or whoever hired her. I never had this bad experience before and I had an IUD done before, I never ever fainted. I am never going to her again and anyone that reads this should think twice about having this for a doctor.

Dr. Kuperstock is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She made has very good bedside manner and she takes the time to explain things and make you feel comfortable with her diagnosis. She called me at home when she said she would and took the time to answer all the questions I had and made sure I didn't have any more questions before hanging up with her. She took time after hours to meet with me and explain things as best she could to make me feel comfortable. She also made sure I had her cell phone number in case I had any more questions. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and I appreciate that. I have never encountered a doctor like her before and it's a shame.
