Family member admitted. They were mentally unable to tell us what happened. Asked staff, they stood there like we were green. We got no answers to what was wrong, why, what happened....except told, "Because of HIPAA we can't tell you anything, ask your family member". This is idiotic. A stressful situation, and all they can think of is to protect themselves, nothing about you.

Very bright doctor who genuinely cares. Efficient in figuring out what was wrong with me and making me feel better within days.
