Dr Spiller is very knowledgeable and can nice, at the same time she can be very rude and unprofessional . Dealing with her office staff is a negative 20, from her smart comments, lack of accounting and billing knowledge, rude and I know everything attitude hurt this practice. If Donna doesn’t like you for any reason she will create a toxic environment, which Dr Spiller follows without question, until you’re forced to find another PCP.

The recent changes of reduced staff with no front desk seems less professional even though the standard of care remains very high.

Dr. Spiller has a stellar bedside manner. She is kind and empathetic. Many physicians tend to rush through exams these days and I don't ever feel rushed during an appointment with Dr. Spiller. Not only is she a skilled physician but she is truly an amazing person. My husband and I drive four hours to see her, because we feel she is that good and because we trust her with our care.

I've been a patient of this doctor since (approximately) the Fall of 2006. Appointments have always been on time, every time. When Dr. Spiller is with you, you get her full attention, as if you were her only patient. Pertinent questions are asked by her to help determine proper medical diagnosis/diagnoses culminating in the right path for ones medical dilemma. She is very thorough, trust worthy, working with the patient, not dictating to or 'at.' Seems as if she has a touch of the old time family doctor combined with being up to date on the latest medical issues, knowledge. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone seeking a doctor who is in-depth, honest, friendly ~ one who truly cares for her patient(s).
