Rose Smith was life changing for me. She helped me through a dark place, she listened and gave advice. She held me accountable and helped me retrain thought patterns.

She left me with a bitter taste in my mouth when she left the Community Mental Health center, that is the reason why I reject mental health treatment is because of Dr. Rose Smith and those other "Quack" mental doctors that have diagnosed me at the Little Rock Community Mental Health Center. Bad Experience for a physically fit smart intelligent cute guy like me

Dr Smith puts great effort in appearance; like caring, concern & no one is better. NOT true. She with dismiss patients without cause, concern & NO TRANSTION. This is unethical and unhealthy for patient.
