Dr. Downing does not value the time of her patients. She claims otherwise, but she is a "my way or the highway" type of doctor. She may listen to patients, but she doesn't hear what they say and she will lie to a patients face if it suits her. She put my health at risk and didn't bat an eye in doing so. I would not recommend Dr. Downing to anyone.

I think Dr. Downing and her staff are very helpful. She always has a smile on her face and always listens to my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone!

In my opinion I would not recommend this "doctor" to anyone. I have first hand experience that she is less than truthful, does not follow through with her own process and is not afraid to take payment for services not performed. If you like to have someone to sit and chat with, this is the doctor for you.
