Dr. Card Emond (St-Mary's Hospital, Montreal) was very pleasant during my appointment. He was thorough with the information he provided - he was clear, detailed, and spoke at a pace to ensure that a patient could comprehend everything. Since a surgery could be risky, he suggested an option which would provide an effective alternative. I felt at ease throughout this appointment. In addition, I must add that there was hardly any waiting time prior to seeing Dr. Emond (approximately 5-10 minutes). The staff members in the clinic were also pleasant.
