The Staff are rude and snappy. Wait time depends on if they have an "emergency", you might be a few minuets or a few hours over your appointment. They are not helpful unless you have an obvious disability and the ADA requires them to lift a finger. Dr Craig is prejudice again fat people and once you get on a regular prescription you are just there for that even if it only helps a little. You get your pills, a shot or surgery. what ever keeps you quiet and makes him money. He also doesn't listen to his patients. he has his own idea of what your problem is and that's all. They also are not good at taking blood pressure, if you tell them it's wrong your stupid.
