Dr Fiorani was Amazing, I had a Septorhinoplasty and I'm 3 weeks post op and it's great, I can breath perfectly which I couldn't do before. Not only is Dr Fiorani extremely professional, he is great at his job, listens to what you want (shape), focuses on the structure/septum of your nose & your breathing. Overall he provides you with a perfect, functioning nose that is balanced to suit your appearance. Hearing some horror nose job stories from 'other' Adelaide surgeons, I would recommend his YEARS of ENT knowledge over a plastic surgeon for a septorhinoplasty 100%. Very, very happy with my new breathable nose!
