Extremely poor time management, This doctor has no concept or time , I have seen him on 6 occasions and each time my appointment was always delayed by a minimum of one hour despite even having a booking for 8.45 , First Appointment of the day !!! Every other patient in the practice has a similar experience, the receptionist is arrogant at the very best , this probably is a function of the amount of complaints she has to listen to every day because her boss is constantly late, I would go elsewhere if I had a chance , I also found that he was too quick to recommend surgery , seek a second opinion at the very least

Shocking experience, do not go to this doctor. Bad administration, unapproachable (phone rarely answers and told not to leave message), uninformative (Patients and clinicians should be aware of the potential complications associated with SPC insertion, which have so far been under-reported, but he only told us it would be a small operation and the problem will be fixed permanently), no empathy, uncaring, unhelpful, would not see the patient before & after the operation, not even care to talk to the concerned family after procedure failed after 4 weeks. Cancelled the followup appointment without notice, and would not give immediate attention to try to find out what’s wrong with the problem and checkup the condition of the patient. ( if your catheter falls out it must be replaced immediately or the track into your bladder will close and it will not be possible to put another catheter in).

When we called and was told no need to see the doctor, receptionist said the SPC surgery is only a minor procedure and the doctor has many other urgent and severe cases to attend to, just arrange another day for the same surgery with same cost. That’s the only way, and no guarantee same problem will happen again after another operation. (The procedure may be simple but some patients and their conditions are not. Careful pre-operative optimisation is essential. Postoperative care in a high dependency unit should be considered.). There is no consideration that this 95 years old patient just had this surgery a month ago, very disappointed and devastated.

Dr Vincent Tse is probably out of all the Urology I've seen so far! After Initial Consultation and Cystoscopy last year I had called Concord Public Hospital to make a Follow Up Appointment in January 2022 first they make me Appointment in May then I made a Complaint to NSW Health Commission Board they moved Appointment to April now on Friday I've received letter that my Appointment had been Rescheduled to June 6th that's 6-8 Month Follow Up after initial Consultation which is Totally Ridiculous! And be Warned his Private Clinic Consultation Fee cost $279 while other Urologist I seen cost $179 follow up is $100.

I had now seeing a Different Urologist at St. Leonards he is so much better than Dr Vincent Tse and told me to do an MRI Prostate and Pelvis Scan and instantly to solved my Urology Issue instead while Dr Tse Recommend to do a Painful Ureteral Ultrasound Scan which a Camera stick on your ***, you do not want this Scan!

I'm planning to make a Complaint Further to Health Minister Brad Hazzard, Shadow Minister for Health Chris Bowan and NSW Health Commission Board again! Waiting 6-8 Month for a Follow Up Appointment is just Stupid, Idiotic, Ridiculous, It will Not Solve Any Urology Health Issue that you have only see Dr Vincent Tse Twice a year!

Tried to put me into surgery without doing his due diligence. Didn’t even bother looking over my blood test results which clearly stated that I had already passed my kidney stone. I was no longer in pain but Dr still wanted to put me in for the immediate and unnecessary surgery. After I suggested to add Tse that I should do a follow up CT Scan, it was confirmed that I didn’t require surgery after all. Dr never followed up after my CT Scan. Practice was badly organized and appointment was an hour behind. Waiting room was packed with patients scheduled for appointments every 10 minutes. A few patients were complaining about how long they had already been waiting. Definitely could not recommend Dr Tse after my first and last experience.

Very good urologist. Solved my UTI problem. I’ve been Suffering for a few years even though I saw a urologist and put on many antibiotics but it came back until I saw him. Thank you Dr Tse.

In Sept 2016, I had a surgery done by sling procedure with Dr. Vincent Tse. I am very happy with the result of the operation as I am 100% healed from it. No pains and no more pads to wear on I am very grateful to Dr. Vincent Tse and to the Nurse Hong for the best after operation care. I highly recommend Dr. Vincent Tse. He is a very good urologist. All the best.
