I decided to try another Gastroenterologist because I wasn't getting answers from my other doctor. I was pleasantly very pleased with Dr. Volak. He listened to my story and wanted to do extra testing to make sure he has the whole picture. He is very personable and I would highly recommend him!

He told me to do my own research on my condition and didn't listen to my issues or concerns. Prescribe medication that wasn't covered by my insurance. Called every day for over a week and they called me back and said that they would have to see me again to change the prescription. He has no compassion or concern for his patients and refuses to make things right. I do not recommend this doctor at all. Which is very disappointing as he came highly recommended.

Love Dr Volak! He is my 3rd GI i have seen and he is very caring and wants to make you better. I am not in the norm as to symptoms so he is trying what he can to make me better. I would 100% recommend him!
