The doctor I had previously used at the Hewlett Medical Office had left, and the receptionist recommended that I try Dr. Serrette. I was pleasantly surprised and found Dr. Serrette to be kind and compassionate. I did not feel hurried and he put me at ease. He explained everything that he was doing every step of the way. I also found the medical assistant to competent and efficient and the waiting time was reasonable.
