Operated on myself with great results but also on my son ,saving his life ,Highly recommend him as a surgeon with great operating skills and communication ability.
Very understanding and accommodating . A pleasure to be under his care. Would see him again if necessary and recommend him to others

I had colon surgery in 2015 my Dr Levitt and this man gave me a second chance at life. A huge colorectal liposarcoma was removed and Mr Levitt was so kind and caring. His sense of humour also helped me through a difficult time. A colorectal surgeon extraordinaire!

I saw Dr Levitt nearly every day after major surgery although he didn’t operate on me he oversaw my recovery for the two weeks I was in hospital. I found him very caring and a great listener his humour helped me greatly with the emotional trauma of the cancer and operation,I will never forget what he has done to help me. I’m surprised by some of the comments by people making disparaging remarks about Dr Levitt as my experience was the complete opposite and couldn’t have been better.

Levitt is not a good doctor. He has an uncomfortable sense of humor to mask his lack of knowledge. He is also rude and uncaring

Dr Levitt operated on me and causes more issues and complications. He hides his lack of knowledge by using humour. He has communication skills and was uncaring. Avoids Dr Levitt.

Had 3 boys circumcised with him and recommend it to couple of friend who got their kids done.

I really don't understand any of these negative reviews. I am so happy I was referred to Dr levitt! Not only is he an exceptional dr, he is also incredibly kind and understanding. Lovely guy with a great sense of humour. Always happy to take the time to answer all of your questions and ease your concerns. He is very knowledge about bowel health and i am very thankful I have found him! I have been suffering for 8+ years with an undiagnosed condition. I have been palmed off to so many different specialists who havent been able to help. Within a few months of seeing him i finally have a diagnosis and answers, and a treatment plan that is finally working! First time in years I haven't needed strong pain relief and various other medications. Highly recommend Dr Levitt!!

this butcher...michael levitt was brought in at the last moment by his friend robert aitken to do my hernia operation at the osborne park hospital ( as aitken had another urgent job to do somewhere else on a holiday???!!!). levitt left never to be seen or heard again. robert aitken who also works for scgh covered for his friend who left me in pain, bleeding and with a swollen test icle (caused due to trauma) for 2 weeks. ever since i have been in severe pain which is worse than before the operation. why does the medical system not check on these rouge butchers? how many times can they butcher people , face no consequences but get paid good money for their crimes? i wish to take all these bus turds to court for my pain!

Couldn’t be a better surgeon or person in the world. He’s the very best and offers the most experience in the country. His knowledge is second to none as so is his bed side manner. Couldn’t be a nicer guy who cares about what he’s doing as much as he does the patient themselves. He’s saved my life 3 times and my sanity too many times to remember in 25yrs. He certainly goes above and beyond the normal for a surgeon. People below who say stay clear don’t know what they are talking about. He doesn’t shy away from any problems he’ll fix them not run from them. Maybe these people didn’t do what they were supposed to do because in my 25yrs with him have never heard a person say a bad word about him personally or professionally. Sometimes it’s not the dr but the patient so keep an open mind when reading my comments and any others. Can’t change facts that he’s a absolute champion at what he does and don’t think there’s another dr with the knowledge he has. If you can see him jump as high as you can to get in because you won’t find better
