Dr. Brouillard helped me understand exactly what was going on. He was correct in all his reviews of my case even when I was misdiagnosed originally. I appreciate his understanding, his detailed explanations and help to get me in a manageable place. Happy retirement, you will be missed.

Saw him for fibromyalgia, he said get more sleep and lose weight. Covid happened, he cancelled my appointment and never called back.

I saw Dr Brouillard today for the first time but I had been to the Kingston heart clinic a couple of times before hand for tests. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr Brouillard was a very knowledgeable and precious man. Very personable and I liked him as soon as I met him. It is so wonderful to have drs who actually care about their patients, and ask questions about their lives and give caring advice. I won’t be seeing him again as all the tests came out great, but now that I have met there fine people I will be praying for this Doctor and all of his awesome staff! Great caring bunch!

Absolutely horrible experience. Walked in on me while I was changing because he seemed too busy to care. Would not let me ask questions, instead said his role was to give me a diagnosis, not to answer these questions. Did not give clear treatment options and left me feeling stupid for even wanting help. I did thankfully get a diagnosis which I am grateful for but he was so rude and did not actually help me beyond giving me the diagnosis.

I have been a patient of Dr B since 2002. His professional, polite demeaner has never once changed in all these years...still calls me Mrs. He has seen me thru several illness including RA, fibromyalgia, and osteoarthritis. He is always willing to see me in between scheduled appts if needed. I feel quite secure in the care he provides and will continue with him until one of us retires or quits...lol
