Dr Cot is a wonderful doctor and a very nice person. She will give you enough time and ask necessary questions about your health. She would also go out of her way and make all arrangements for the sake of your health. Shes very caring and extraordinary. Her assistant is also a pretty helpful lady. We need more empathetic doctors like her in this region.

Dr.Cot is very patient and kind. Overall she is one of the best doctors I’ve met so far. She does not rush you or make you feel uncomfortable with any questions you may have, as I had a lot of questions having been recently diagnosed with diabetes. Yes it’s true, her receptionist can learn a thing or two about hospitality but she is the one making sure everyone is on schedule.

She is simply great. She is treating me for hypothyroidism for the last 1.5 years. Her knowledge is great, I like her punctuality.

Well it’s good to see things have changed. Saw Dr Cot few years ago. Didn’t even exam me. Simply said ‘I can tell you what your problem is. You’re overweight, menopausal and have high cholesterol”. I replied “ok. I’ll leave now”. she cdd as me over saying let me just do a quick check of your neck. Felt my neck. Ohhhhhhh. Then the ball started rolling really fast. Ultrasound next day. Biopsy. Surgery. Thyroidectomy. Oh and when I called post thyroidecyomy to advise I was feeling unwell her receptionist snapped “of course you feel unwell. You have cancer.” Note: was to see my surgeon for follow up to surgery next week. Thank you Fiona for that insensitive inappropriate news. Just wrong.

One of the friendliest, down to earth health professionals I have ever dealt with. Speaking with her is like having a conversation with a big sister. Very helpful and I credit her with saving my life and getting me back to living again. Excellent communication and follow up. Her secretary is a little stiff but fine when you get to know her.

My life completely changed when Dr. Cot called me. I knew something was wrong but had no idea to what extent. She has led me out of terrible sickness to better health. A beautiful human being and true professional. In a world where people are difficult to reach, her calls late in the evening and early in the morning made me feel more comfortable with my care. She referred me to the outstanding Dr. Kis, neurosurgeon, and I had life saving tumor removal at Trillium hospital. To Dr. Cot all I can say is thank you for being there for me and my family during a tough time. Dr. Cot's secretary can be firm but professional. Someone has to guard the gates when angels are working!
