After trying out a few family physicians over the past 5 years I feel blessed to have found Dr. Forman. A year had past from my first visit and he remembered everything about me before I even had my medical records transferred to him. I've since been seeing him regularly and couldn't expect anything more from a GP. He's patient, listens to you, makes the necessary referrals (to equally good specialists), and is a pleasure to speak with. Thus far he has been completely competent in handling my physical & mental health.

Dr. Forman is wonderful. He takes the time to explain things to you in a way that you can understand. He is very patient and kind. Gittel is extremely helpful and will go out of her way to assist you. I am very grateful he is my doctor.

Dr. Paul Forman is absolutely fantastic, and incredibly considerate and empathetic. He will carefully assess whatever your health needs are, and make sure that the plan you come up with really is working. He is equally as invested as you are with your recovery process, and cares about his patients as people as well! I would highly recommend Dr Forman to anyone.

Dr Forman is truly a blessing to the medical p[rofession. He has excellent bedside manner and TAKES THE TIME to answer your questions and concerns without rushing you out the door. He provides quality care that is somewhat lacking in clinics today. Would recommend to everyone!

I have been extremely satisfied and impressed with his professionalism and medical knowledge. Best doctor I have seen (probably seen 10 MDs over the years in walk in clinics. He stands out from all the rest and is by far the most competent and knowledgeable doctor I have come across.
