Dr. did surgery on me.

I was discharged home still sleeping blood from resection surgery. After 3 days I developed cellulitis infection at one surgery site according to ER doctors ( two ER visits in 3 days ). ER tried to contact Dr. Dr did not return phone call.

At 2 wk follow up Dr said I did not have an infection even though I was taking antibiotics prescribed by ER.

I was final discharged by Dr. with no further followups.

I had to find wound care Dr to care for my seeping infection. I went to wound care for several weeks. I found Dr ultimately uncaring, arrogant.

Dr. Nelson was an impressive piece of my cancer removal and subsequent surgeries to reverse my illiostomy. He has treated me successfully for complications involving bowel odstructions. He is skilled, confident, and has a great bedside manner. Doctors normally don’t have a heart or empathy for what their patients are going through. Doctor Nelson has both!!! His assistant nurse, Megan Arnold is the best. What a great team. I’d recommend Dr. Nelson to my best friends. He is amazing!!!

Would not recommend him to my worst enemy. After doing major surgery on my husband, it took four weeks for him for his office to finally give him an appointment. He was in failing health and it did not seem to concern him after the surgery. Arrogant
Arrogant. Made empty promises to my husband about surgery.
Arrogant.
