Dr. Kowalchuk rescued me from severe eczema in 2016. I now see him every year for a check up. He is very kind and knowledgeable.

I was seeing him yearly, diagnosed with discoid lupus.. He never did anything for me, every appt he checked my skin for skin cancer spots and that was it nothing to do with my disease, not even blood tests. I would book my appt for first appt in the day... finally had enough when I sat in a room waiting for over 45 minutes while he had a chat with another doctor and discussed family and vacations . Yes, his walls are thin and you can hear conversations from the other rooms. I brought this to his attention and he said he hadn't seen him in a while and he was a patient. I said my time is valuable as well and while I sat and listened to his personal conversation I was not getting paid as I had to take time off work. I never went back... don't need to line his pockets.
