Known Dr. Prince for 22 years and he's the most caring doctor ever! Love the new secretary too, she brightens up the office!

Dr Prince has been my doctor for over 30 years. He has been wonderful during that time. His staff is always helpful and I always seem to get an appointment without too much of a wait. I do not know what I would do without him there for me.

Dr. Prince was my doctor for many years before I finally left due to him being a misogynist who ignored all of my concerns. He only listened if a man was with me to corroborate the symptoms I was seeing him about. The receptionist was always rude too

I went into the office on family day on a whim hoping the office was open. It wasn’t but my son was very sick and the receptionist saw that
As I was leaving she called me back and said the Dr was in and he would see us. It was a miracle as I went to 4 other clinics and no one was open and nothing was noted on websites or on their recording. He was amazing with my son and very helpful. Thank you Dr. Prince… you made this mom very happy

Great doctor, but can't manage his staff. Appointments are near impossible to get!

Probably the receptionist.

Heard of this before, where a doctor's recetionist was refusing to book appointments, so she could chat with her friends all day and get him out of the office.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Prince. Personable, always available to take a call, and incredibly helpful. Has even taken urgent calls from me during Holidays and never makes me feel bad for bugging him. For regular appointments you'll have to book ahead to see him, but that's to be expected. A great doctor and a great guy.

I’m giving him 1 star only because of his receptionist and the way they have their answering service set up. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Can’t ever get a hold of the office, called between the hours were supposed to and no answer at all. Now they changed the hours of answering so we have even less amount of time to call them. Cant leave a voicemail. What is the purpose of his receptionist? She doesn’t even do a regular basic job. How hard is it to listen to voicemails and call your patients back?!?! Now I have to wait until certain hours tomorrow, fight the rush of everyone calling at the same time and pray she answers just to make an appointment.
