Dr. Durante is one of the best Dr.s'/ surgeons ever! He will jump through hoops to help you...this is coming from a patient of his...that he had operated on several times.

My daughter’s PCP referred us to this ENT due to our insurance only accepting them or mass eye and ear. What a mistake. We seen dr. Durante and he was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. The first thing he says when he walks in to my 9 month old daughter is “ wow she doesn’t look like she skips a meal” he was so rough and had 0 bedside manner. He said their was pus in my daughters nose and swabbed her with a long qtip and made her bleed. It was horrifying I walked out of their bawling my eyes out. Stay far away from this place.

Terrible experience for my wife, my daughter, and I. Weve all seen him and he held my 4 year old daughter down while she was screaming bloody murder. She is now scared of all doctors because of him. Zero bedside manor, dismissive of serious conditions. Neglected my wifes ear so bad and she now needs a mastoidectomy because of him.

Went to him to try and fix my lockjaw caused by TMJ, which he quickly dismissed the severity (it has been locked for 10 months, I have lost more than 60 pounds from not being able to eat properly, and I’m in constant pain). Didn’t even look at my jaw or order x rays or anything, just felt my neck and made some completely inappropriate remarks about my appearance and attitude. (Said I was agitated, yes I absolutely was but you can’t say that to a patient). I was waiting for almost an hour before I was brough to the exam room, where I then waited another 20 for him to come in. This is inexcusable and I will not being going back to this office ever again.

The only good thing about this experience was his staff. The nurse was lovely and the secretary was kind. I went for the nonstop, severe TMJ jaw pain and spasms I’ve had for weeks that prevents me from sleeping and limits my eating. I have extreme ocd and was terrified of the needles that he offered that might help the pain and he said “well that’s telling. I guess you can’t be in much pain, then” This man was not kind, understanding, or overly helpful. He suggested follow up appointments and I immediately denied and said I would be going elsewhere. I do not recommend seeing this doctor, especially if you have any mental illnesses that make medical situations difficult for you.

Clerical staff @ Plymouth location are stressful to deal with when setting up following appointments, not accommodating at all. The older Recept. their always talks down 2 U. Always long lines just to check in and out over 15-mins. every time. The Receptionist @ the Bourne location is even worse! It would kill her to smile & say Hello, & to get her to call & set up an appointment at a hospital for X-rays wen the place has no patients wating, forget it! The Medical Assist.'s chew gum while talkin 2 U. Then they talk about each other in the hallway(katty stuff). Wen the Med. Assn't. calls U with test result & U ask her wat does that mean, she doesn't know and has someone else to call U bak the next day! Dr. Durante is nice BUT doesn't explain stuff to U unless you keep asking questions, then he will. The whole experience on the 3-appointments I had, which Dr. Still does not know what is wrong with me, was VERY STRESSFUL & unprofessional. Their needs 2 be a NEW Practice Manager their to straighten things out, the staff is a mess!

My appointment was for 9:40am and I was not seen until after 11:00am. When I approached the receptionist the only comment was, "he's running late." No kidding. No offer of apology or sign of empathy whatsoever.
