Dr Cooter did my breast augmentation in 2019, 2 years later and I’m still really happy with the results and the process. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in great depth.

Dr cooter was great until I wanted to come back to ask more detailed questions before surgery, and when a 3day lockdown happened and fell on my appointment that I pleaded for and had gotten, they didn't bother to call and reschedule and literally ignored me when I tried. His staff said I've 'seen him enough' when I was first trying to book it as I had reviews to monitor the need for surgery every two years, and reluctantly booked it when I explained I didn't ask any specific questions as I wasn't going ahead then yet. I then emailed with all the questions, twice and was literally ignored. I think the Dr is easing on to retirement and can't be bothered if it's not simple quick and easy, as there's more risk with patience that ask the right questions (more accountability) perhaps. Just bizarre. I would avoid and spend your money elsewhere. Truly shocked at the way I was treated, not surprised there are so many reviews about the staff being rude when they want to be and people unhappy with the Dr addressing concerned after likely vague and simple consults. The surgeon im going with automatically suggested an apptmt a month before surgery as I'm likely to have more questions closer to, of his own accord. If you dont feel 100% certain go with your gut, even if the Dr seems nice . Watch for that slight arrogance and Dr cooter never takes photos when you go see him, for being able to have before shots/for thhings changed over time either just dictaphone comments.

While I found Cooter’s manner professional, and while the operation was carried out with virtually no scarring, I will never recommend him or his practice to anyone. The reason? His staff, esp the one handling finance, treated me very badly. Once I had paid the very high up-front fee, this staff member completely lost interest in me as a patient. She did not give me any information about what rebate (I have no private insurance) I could expect from Medicare. I had to ask for the invoice. She sent it to me 2 weeks after the operation. When I asked why invoices were not sent electronically to Medicare, she said “That’s just the way we do things here” Not goood enough! In the end, because the paperwork I submitted was
Lacking the essential item code, I had to wait 9 weeks for the rebate. And a lousy rebate it was. All up, I paid over $2,200 for the operation, and received around $300 all up as rebate. I was also billed $187 by Ciinpath, something my GP said should never happen. Hmmm.... absolutely not happy with Cooter’s office practice. My advice would be to avoid this guy.

I’ve had breast augmentation with Dr Cooter twice and both times there has been severe rippling. He has been very accomodating to fix these issues but haven’t been happy after either surgery. The staff at his office are extremely rude which made the whole experience worse.

Great staff, confident Dr which is so important. Very clear on realistic outcomes and my part to play in getting best result. Super happy with all from initial consults to fab results.

Confused to see some of the mixed reviews. I had breast augmentation with Dr Cooter after being turned away by another surgeon for having a rather complex case of tubular breasts / asymmetry. Dr Cooter treated me with the utmost care and compassion. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and delivered results that far exceeded my expectations. His staff have been incredible. Always welcoming and willing to help / accommodate for me pre and post surgery. Went back to see Dr Cooter recently and was treated with the exact same care, years after my procedure. Still so happy with my results to this day.
