Just wanted to give y’all a quick update!!

It's been about 11 weeks since my wires removed, and things took a weird turn :(

I just experienced some post-operative complications, and his demeanour switched so suddenly!! I started suffering pain in the right side of my mouth and he started to blame me? SO weird. It’s not as bad it seems but I feel like I’m suffering from swelling?

My previous review was positive because he requested something nice but I’d advise caution now for anyone considering him

Amazing dr and human being!!! When you go see him you must understand that he is the expert and not you! He took my husband under his wings and helped save his life!!! I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for the best in town!!

Literally just got my wires removed after 8 week and I can’t stop crying - tears of joy! I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. He had me laughing through the operations, accommodated my tardiness and genuinely just such a charismatic good guy. Not to mention, his entire team all are SO sweet and kind. I’m so grateful it was him that came to see me at the hospital the morning I fractured my jaw. Thank you for everything!!! I will miss ya <3

Dr. Friedlich removed four of my wisdom teeth in one surgery session and unfortunately, I was VERY unhappy with the results. The surgery stretched my jaw muscles and left my face and neck black and blue for weeks. I now have TMJ and have spent over $9000 to repair the injury. Avoid him at all costs unless you want migraine headaches, stretched jaws and have thousands of dollars to give away to an Ortho Surgeon. Overall my experience was not the greatest, and I am not a person to usually complain but thought I’d warn others in case.

Had my wisdom tooth removal on Tuesday and continued to bleed for five days straight. Saturday had to go into the general hospital to get restitched by another doctor. Also had a very bad experience during surgery as it took over two hours rather than the usual time of under an hour. After the surgery I proceeded to vomit twice, most likely due to the amount of drugs they had given me for the surgery, and the nurse was very rude and tired to accuse of me eating something before the surgery which I had not done. The staff is also very uncoordinated, on completely different pages. Called one day to ask about the bleeding and they told me to use teabags, not gauze pads, then called another and the doctor told me to do the exact opposite. All in all a horrible experience and I definitely do not recommend going here.

My wife and son were visiting Canada from the US for a brief visit and unfortunately my son needed emergency jaw surgery. We visited the nearest dental clinic and that was Bramalea Oral Surgery. While Dr. Friedlich did perform the surgery, the way he tried to exort, blackmail, humiliate my wife and son was completely and utterly unprofessional. The staff and clinic demanded 8k immediately for a release form and he would not quit yelling at my wife until everything was paid. The way he conducted himself was entirely unprofessional. I would advise this doctor to seriously work on his brand management as we do have recordings of the incident. Not sure why he thinks he's superior to his patients but I would have went with Dr.Manji had I known better.

My daughter had underbite surgery with Dr.Friedlich a couple of years back and he did not do a good job. Speaking with past patients of his, we've come to found out this has been a common theme. The pain this inflicted on my daughters self-esteem is unbearable, on top of touching her inappropriately. Not sure why dentists keep recommending this doctor but nobody should ever go near him especially young women!

Dr.Friedlich did a bad job with my mother's wisdom teeth removal. Left her bleeding for quite some time. Told us there was nothing he could do about the pain and was abrupt over the phone. Do not recommend. He seems like he's on some kind of power-trip and thinks he can get away with it for some reason.

Our family came in for a consultation and Dr.Friedlich came across as very rude, pompous, and money-hungry. He may have good credentials but would not recommend based on his attitude. Not sure if it was our race?
