Christy has a different approach than other NDs I've seen and I don't mind that. She listens and she will suggest things, but not pushy, whereas the experience I've had with other NDs in London have been the opposite. I know if she recommended that I buy supplements from her that I could decide for myself if I wanted them or not from her and it wouldn't affect how she treats my thyroid. I can email her with a question and either she or Amy will get back to me asap. So far, I'm quite comfortable with her level of care.

It was such a relief to meet Dr. Christy. She really listened to me and had some great treatment options for a couple of chronic issues i have been suffering with for years. The best part is they are really helping. Totally recommend.

I would not recommend. She listened but didn't hear me. She sent me on my way with more supplements than my body could process before we even did blood work or other tests. At my second visit, suggested more supplements! I've told anyone who will listen to never see her. When dealing with hormonal issues, such as PCOS and the results of that, i.e., acne, which can be new to a patient, a patient seeks answers and comfort; both of which I failed to receive. It was a disappointing and disheartening experience.

Took my 18 year daughter to her with painful, irregular periods. Thorough history taken including diet and other lifestyle factors. She did a saliva test to determine her hormone levels and prescribed supplements and lifestyle changes. Periods are now regular with an occasional crampy day, her skin cleared up and she lost 15 pounds. Called Dr Christie after my daughter felt
very unwell day after DPT booster shot (lightheaded, dizzy, aching all over- family doctor said it wasn't a vaccine reaction and was probably the flu) ). Dr Christie recommended homeopathic remedies and she was 100% the next day. Took the same remedies before receiving 3 travel vaccines at the same time and my daughter felt fine, not even a sore arm. Highly recommend Dr Christie, thorough, not pushy, listens well.
