Have always found staff friendly and supportive. Donna herself is very thorough and attentive, takes the time to really talk to you which is very rare in today’s medical community.

Don’t torture yourself going here! You will be insulted you will not be helped! Horrible person shouldn’t be practicing not only does she not listen to concerns she will yell at you tell you if have more than one issue need another appointment. Thinks Depression is a joke, ignores messages for weeks including prescriptions.

Cancelled my physical appointment on me and could not see me u til almost a month later! I needed a physical for my new job and they were not accommodating nor were they apologetic or eager to help me. I am no longer a patient there because of this

The office is very disorganized and does not return calls. They refuse to release medical records due to an outstanding bill that was overstated for services provided. Late in calling in refills for scripts for maintenance medicine.

Staff does not get back to you regarding appointments or referrals. Had scripts called in to wrong pharmacy multiple times, even after discussing it with them. Provider always seemed confused as to what your appointment was for. Questioned me about how long I had a condition that she diagnosed me for. Did not acknowledge my wife when she came to a follow up with me to help clarify plan of care. Only got a response from her when I told her that I was cancelling all future appointments and going with a different provider. All in all, very disorganized and slightly combative when confronted with issues.

she has always been very helpful with me...Never had a problem except for getting prescription refills, had to wait sometimes.

Horrible always runs over 45 min behind even being the first patient. I've walked out. Abnormal labs never given to me. Staff never gets back to you. Billing never gets back to you.
