Julie missed several large concerning signs in memory issues with my grandmother. She gave a standardized test incorrectly, against the standardization and then misinterpreted a diagnosis that a neuropsych practicioner gave. She's kind but her lack of knowledge and refusal to seek additional expertise without significant insistence is dangerous. The patient has severe alzheimer's and Julie completely missed it.

Julie Martin is a WONDERFUL adult nurse practitioner. I take an 81 year old friend to her. Ms. Martin spends quite a bit of time with her and explains everything to her in language that she can understand. She also completely exams my friend and carefully suggests some things my friend can do to improve her health. Ms. Martin doesn't demand anything or make my friend feel bad because of her diet, which includes many sweets. Instead she just makes some suggestions to see if my friend will consider them.
