I was 39 weeks pregnant with (low-risk) twins when I scrambled to find another provider when mine went on vacation. I was lucky to fit onto Sally's schedule last minute, she is legendary in this areas, and WELL sought-after. She took 2 whole hours to get to know me, really listen at all levels, with compassion. Labor started next day, she was wonderfully supportive with the whole process, and went to bat for me with the hospital team to let me in, even though I was not a regular patient. She was so calming and professional yet honest during a long labor. She respected my birth plan preferences, and partnered with a good OB who did a Breech delivery for B. They were so respectful (dim lights in the OR, birthing positions, even a robozo). Sally's follow-up care was attentive, I felt like I'd known her for years. She was forthright, honest, professional, down-to-earth, practical, sensitive, patient, wise, and calm. I cannot thank her enough. Sally is a HUGE breath of fresh air!
