Dr. Glennon is pretty awesome, but his staff needs to be FIRED! During a time when he was out of the country, his accountant tried to force us to pay an additional $200 for printed paper work that was already paid for. When we proved to her that nothing was left to pay, and mentioned that I would be alerting Dr. Glennon, she no longer returned our calls unless we called from a different line. SCAMs! Doctors need to know this about their staff. I left message after message for him and never heard back from him either. And then we were refused services but only by the accountant that make Dr. Glennon's appointments.
