I was referred to this doctor by a relative so I decided to give him a call to make an appointment. Needless to say it turned out awful. The office staff ( Cindy) was very unprofessional and totally uncaring about my situation. I called her two days in a row and she gave me the runaround both times. I simply wanted to get a consultation with Dr. Barnsgrover to discuss my pain treatments I'm receiving at another pain clinic just to get a second opinion since I'm still in a lot of pain. That wasn't going to happen. This woman was rude and not helpful at all. I asked for the doctors email or phone number to talk to him about the situation. She wouldn't give me that either. I'm sure the doctor is totally unaware of just how badly this woman treats people on the phone. I can't possibly imagine a professional physician allowing someone like this to converse with patients in any manner.

I loved Dr barngrover when I was a patient of his I think highly of him he was good to me amd helped me even find a Dr in Atlanta ga to remove a halo sling the surgery was a success thank you Dr b. You always made sure I had 30 day supply 9f meds always he's listened to me.and he's a excellent doctor and yea they go by the book I know that because he did that with me.anx my mom. And my brother . He's very compassionate Dr and if you do the right thing he will co nyinue seeing you .if not you're put the door.. he always made me smile treated me . With respect and compassion. I hope whatever happens Dr b Wil be ok and still have h8s business cause he don't prescribe more than you need not what you ask for..god bless you Dr b and your family I know this has to be hard and stressful to you and unnecessary things happen sometimes .you're I'm my prayers Dr b I miss being your patient . And your staff God bless you all

I am very satisfied with Dr.Barngrover. I have had to live with constant pain all my life. I started seeing him last October and since then I have been able to interact with my young children which is something I wanted to do. I play ball with them sometimes and I actually play their video games without my hands and arms giving out on me due to pain. I used to cry all the time and stayed depressed because I could not do for myself. Other doctors would just prescribe me medications that would kill the pain but also keep me sleepy the majority of the time. They never referred me to anyone else nor did they run any tests on me. Dr. B refers me to other doctors and he runs tests on me frequently to find out my source of pain. I am never in his office over an hour and a half and I love it. He is very nice and I would recommend him to others.

i have seen dr. barngrover twice and so far he has been wonderful. he talks with you about everything for as long as it takes and considers all factors that could contribute to the pain that you feel and also listens to the patient better than any other doctor i have ever seen. i just hate that it took me so long to find him. hopefully he will be around alot longer. i thought he was maybe 50 years old from meeting him and would be practicing at least another 10 years but this site says he is 63. it would be really unfortunate if he retires anytime soon.

Have been with Dr. B. for several years. Anyone who would complain about this excellent Physician, in my opinion, has a serious problem in thatthey probably complain about everything in their life. He is,as I said, an excellent Doctor and would recommend him very highly for anyone who is serious about their pain problems and will work with their doc on it. Keep up the good work, Dr. B.!
