In 2017 . I fell in my home and my left leg twisted behind me and completed broken left ankle from my leg .The ambulance transported me to local hospital in Cleveland unknown to me while in the ambulance they couldn't find pulse in my foot. There was no blood going to my foot. At the hospital tried to reset my ankle but only at 50% and had emergency surgery with a plate and 12 screws. After four weeks of therapy was told it would take 1 year to heal. I was walking with a lot of pain went back to original doctor he said nothing can do maybe down road the option to have ankle fused . It was almost year later walking in pain . My life was basically immobile . A friend referred me to Dr. Doty wasn't familiar with my history of the accident went over options and I must say he doesn't sugar coat anything very upfront. Due to my health there was area I needed to work on my blood sugar before he would do anything because he wanted the best outcome and healing for me..I got my A1C from 8.0 to 5.9..Went back for visit and Dr. Doty said you done your part now I will do mine. Boy, did he ever !!!!! Dr. Doty and PA Josh Porter took very good care of me in every step there was no corners cut !!! I just had my final visit and now walking on my own. So almost 2 1/2 yrs I have my life back almost to normal. Everyone in the office so amazing from girls upfront to Chris , Amy and Josh Porter I thank you for your kindness , compassion and encouragement you all have given me during this time. During this time I lost my father you guys had uplifted me with Gods promise and comfort . Your work will not go un noticed it will be a lifetime.. Totally recommend Dr. Jesse Doty and staff at Erlanger...

Dr. Doty reconstructed the arch in my right foot and from a splint, to a cast, to a boot, and now to a shoe in less than three months. He is the best. Every person on his staff is so kind and helpful. I would recommend Jesse Doty to anyone.

Jesse Doty performed a subtalar fusion on my left ankle May 16, 2019. Going to app every other week, removing the cast, x raging, seeing Doc, recast the foot I was out of the office in 1 hour. This group is the great. I was released today October 7, 2019 . I'm 63 a rock climber, kayakers and long distance hiker.
Thanks to doctor Doty and a great PT who made me responsible for my recovery with hard work and enduring pain. To every one from the front desk to the exit door you people are life changers in my life.

I don't have the words to express my gratitude to Dr. Doty. He is an incredibly gifted and experienced surgeon supported by an outstanding staff ! He replaced my chronically arthritic right anklet in July 2019. The experience could not have been better. Rest assured, he is one of the top surgeons in the foot and ankle specialty in the country. The professionalism of he, his P.A. Josh Porter, and his entire staff exceeded even my lofty expectations. Dr Doty is fully invested in doing everything possible to ensure the best possible outcome. Dr. Doty is an excellent surgeon. I would recommend him for any foot or ankle surgery above any one else. I was under the care of another dr and I am so glad I changed doctors. I have had excellent results under his care. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Doty is the best in his field. Following a repair of my Achilles tendon by another physician, I developed a wound infection that would not heal. I was sent to Dr. Doty who explained the procedure and why he may have to remove my Achilles. He also explained that I would still be able to walk without it and what my limitations would be. He and his staff were very knowledgeable, caring, professional and efficient. Josh Porter, PA was outstanding. Very grateful and definitely recommend!!

I was willing to go anywhere to get the best orthopedic surgeon for a total ankle replacement. Even though it is a 2 hour drive, I have been very pleased with the excellent care, pre and post surgery, with Dr. Jesse Doty and everyone at Erlanger Hospital. Anyone who is experiencing ankle or foot problems needs to schedule an appointment prior to any procedure elsewhere.
