Dr.Hynes is an excellent doctor. As he is retiring and there will be a huge loss in our community. He is extremely knowledgeable always putting the medical needs of his patients first, but he also has a genuine concern and strong moral character which ensures patients feel trust and faith. I thank him for everything he has done for me, my family who also had medical care and friends. There is no replacing this man. We wish you happiness and a wonderful retirement Dr.Hynes. ❤️

Impressed. I am hard on my doctors because I’ve been through too much to even explain. I could tell he wasn’t honest and a good blunt, and that’s a good sign. He was thorough once I mentioned I had concerns with my Lyme disease and recovery/healing. He listened to everything. I have DDD and his operating staff catered and made me comfortable. I was worried about my heart and anesthesia and they were attentive and ready. Thankfully, no concerns popped up and I am now 24 hours post-op and no pain killers and anything. His incision looks clean and well done (septoplasty). I had asked him to check my sinuses and he cleared one, as well as checked my throat concerns too. I’d recommend him.
Also, just to add to his professionalism, my husband fainted after seeing my nose plugs removed and I bled a lot for a few minutes. Dr Hynes sat him down and had nurses on him like crazy. Told me not to worry. He waited till my husband was well enough to go home. He checked in on me often and gave good instructions to nurses. My brother and aunt had surgery done elsewhere and not so nice experiences. I normally inflame and react to eveTurning so I attribute my good healing to are Hynes. Job well done and I can’t thank him enough to staying to watch my husband too. Good for a laugh and look forward to breathing better. Thank you!

Dr Hynes is fantastic ! He went above and beyond with assuring my daughter for her tonsillectomy . She is disabled and he did everything in his power to accommodate and make her comfortable.

He yawned in my face the entire appointment ! Treated me like I completely wasted his time. I would rather drive out of town to see another ENT!! He seems to be the only one in sarnia.

I had Dr. Hynes for my hearing and many years later returned to him for thyroid cancer, excellent surgeon, very helpful and very good at explaining himself, highly recommended

Great doctor, fast and to the point. Helped me and lots of my family members over the years. Front office staff are friendly. Building leaves a bit to be desired (elevator?) The audiologist on staff (Michael Manz) is wonderful and is available for tests for another clinic in town which is nice for scheduling. Everyone is knowledgeable and followup is appreciated. I wish they took phone messages but overall, great doctor
