I have had ten surgeries, two performed by Dr. Pratt, I have never been so calm and comfortable knowing she was in charge. She is very caring, dresses nice, and really knows her stuff. She takes her time with you when you need it and gets your appts quickly when it is necessary. An outstanding sugeon and person, I would recommend her to everyone. I feel I am a fairly good judge since I have had ten surgeries for different things. She is amazing, and if you are forced to wait...it is worth the wait.

What a caring women. Never met a doctor who cared so much, and wasn't trying to rush me out of the room. I didn't mind a little wait to get such personable care. Myself I am thankful she does take new patients on or I might not have recevied the help I needed. Look at our health system in sarnia and you blame the doctor for being over worked and too large of patient load? Maybe if you were one of the ones trying to get into a specialist you would apprciate that a doctor is sacrficing having their own life to treat more people.

Dr. Pratt performed surgery on my father and in my opinion saved his life after another specialist misdiagnosed him. She valued him as a person and did not dismiss his chances for surgery due to his age (85 at the time) There is no doubt in my mind that we would no still have him with us 2 years later if were not for her.

I do think that Dr. Pratt is successful with surgery. She provided timely service when it came to surgical procedures. However, it is difficult when a person is having ongoing health issues and diagnosis takes several years to attain due to cancelled appointments and cancelled assessments. Although she is helpful and knowledgeable when you do see her it is not helpful to have things constantly delayed. In addition, it is difficult to provide her an update on health issue.

seemed to know what she was doing but it took so long for me to heal after surgery she did and never seems to get back to you when you have a problem

Never followed up on message's, no aftercare and never kept appointment's. Botched Stapled hemmorhoidectomy and gave me contraditory information. Said I was a excellent candidate for surgery prior to operation and then said I would experience the most difficult recover after surgery when problem's began. No credability in my mind. Would not let her remove a hang nail from my finger.

What a wonderful doctor! Always responsive to her patients- going the extra "ten miles" for them, regularly putting their needs before hers, although sometimes her concern for them can make her a little late for appontments. She's always up to date with her knowledge and skills.
