His receptionist was the WORST. my husband needed his prescription and she wouldn't allow him to see the doctor. She even phoned the police., told dispatch that he wasn't being rude, loud but would not leave. He had my husband removed from the premises for 6months AND weened him off his script incorrectly. We went to the college of physicians. We placed a complaint and not even a year later he's gone! His replacement is absolutely no better. Dr. Fidoli is hard to contact and only have same day appointments. I have yet to see her since she took over. I don't want to after everything I have heard about her already. Not to mention she has yet to fix her contact information on google. Laziness at its best.

I am DYING because of Dr Tyler. After ignoring my complaints about serious health issues I found out a few months later I have cancer and it can't be removed. Had he sent me to an internal medicine specialist like he said he would I probably wouldn't be dying. Found out he NEVER sent it. You should all be happy he isn't your Dr anymore. He is the devil 😈😈😈

Really like Dr Tyler however it is impossible to reach his office. Tried for over an hour today and no answer and this is how it always is. Impossible to get an appointment as his staff don’t answer the phone! Due to this my husband and I are considering looking for a new doctor. I’m going to talk to the doctor first as perhaps he isn’t aware of how hard it is to call into the office. Never experienced anything like it before with any other physician.

Dr. Tyler has been my physician for over 5 years now and I am very happy with him. From day one he has spoken to me in a way I can understand. I feel very comfortable with him and the manner in which he conducts himself, which is somewhat informal. He always gets me in to see him quickly and my referrals have been quick with good follow ups. I prefer his style of “customer service” over any other doctor I have had to deal with. His staff have also been friendly and the facility is clean. Be honest with him (as you should always be with your doctor) and you won’t be dissatisfied.

In my experience with Dr Tyler he is a joke. I went through some pretty horrible things this past year and he was not the most helpful. When asked to be prescribed "natural medication for anxiety and depression he tried to force pills on me. I tried them they did not work and coming off of those drugs because I was pregnant was maddening. He made me pay him for a referral and than when asked for supporting medical documentation from the clinic he lied and said I was not needing this kind of treatment as there was no supporting evidence than ehy did he send off the referral and say yes to me in the first place?!?!,. Now there is supporting evidence as I have been diganosed with major depression and anxiety. He would rather prescribe some god awful medication and see me me suffer. I do not suggest you see this doctor. With the area of mental health his nurse wouldn't make an appt for me because he doesn't take clients just for prescription refills. When my midwives requested my chart he would not give it to them. He is a flake of a doctor just looking to make a buck!!

Not knowledgeable whatsoever. Was prescribed the wrong meds while I was pregnant, also had Tyler ask me who prescribed me the medication that I was currently taking, HE DID! One would hope that their doctor would know what there are doing in terms of simple health issues. Find a new family doctor. Someone who know what they are doing.

I'm sure Dr. Tyler is knowledgeable and as punctual as can be, but booking an appt is pathetic. They don't answer their phones and you can't leave a message. Today I call and the phone is busy. What office in 2018 does not have the capacity to take multiple calls?!?! Its been 2 weeks of calling daily and still haven't been able to book. This is unacceptable.

I really hate to writec this but have given Dr Tyler a few chances, still waiting on another referal from 3 months ago. Also once told I had something when in fact I did not. His receptionist is not professional, seems to know if I need an appointment or not ? And all I ever hear is " I know many people that wished they only had your problem " Like my illness doesn't matter. I'll just do my own calling for the specialist appointment, guess either he or his star receptionist forgot about me

we just met Dr. Tyler and were very very impressed. the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Tyler took lots of time with us, and is easy to talk to. We look forward to his being our G,P. We are new to Barrie.
