I came here in the hopes they will help me to assess my situation and help me if there is a need for further exam for all that I have, since my family doctor now is so far I have decided to seek this clinic NEVER EVER COME TO THIS CLINIC IT WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, She treated me like I was lying, did not even offer if I would like to transfer to her as my new family doctor so therefore I could be examined and therefore I will be able to get the note i needed, the staff even kinda mocked me, but they literally throwing stupid questions that i do not even know where they are going at instead of offering a solution they just ssend me away. i told them that i cannot lift heavy weights not because i do not want to, she just shrug it off. some doctors dos not dserve to have license .DO NOT GO TO THEIS CLINIC ESP DOCTOR
