We recently took my father took my father to the Metro Hospital in West Delhi. The hospital facilities were below average - the only CT Scan machine was not working for days. My father was there in the ICU for 10 days and we kept on hearing that he is getting better and ready to be discharged. He was almost forcibly moved out of ICU into the general ward and the very same day he passed away. The doctors never gave us a clear diagnosis of what happened. It is acceptable that someone passes away due to acute illness, as long the problem is diagnosed. They kept on doing tests and doing trial and error on my father. These doctors were unprofessional, mediocre and incompetent. I especially want to point out Dr. Aruna Kapoor. Extremely disappointed in their skills and service.
