Received excellent care with both cataracts done and glad he does the cataract surgery only a week apart, since our brain interprets from our eyes differently. Also, when I went back for a check, because I was concerned, he certainly put me at ease and said that I was better off to return, to ease my mind. Also specialises in refractive surgery, so I now have better than 20/20 vision for distance, whereas before I could barely read a street sign before I got to it. If you are nervous, the anaesthetist Frank is a gem. He talks to you the whole time and keeps you busy, so you are not thinking about it, but I am shocked and delighted at how good my results are.
There was only 1 non-friendly receptiontist, but the rest of the staff were terrific, particularly the nurses in there.

I could not fault the total experience with Dr Stephen Bambery from first consultation,Cataract surgery on both eyes to my final consultation.The surgery experiece led by Dr Bambery with anaesthetist Dr Frank Whitton and multiskilled nurses Grace and Kris was exceptional !
