Awesome professional - highly recommended specialist

I have been seeing Dr Baisi to straighten my teeth and while initially I was told it would take about 12-18 month; it has now been about 3 years and still I am not completely done with my treatment. The teeth are looking a bit better but i expected something that has been promised and have not received it. Very angry about it, but wont transfer to another orthodontist as the full amount has already been paid to the above mentioned one. His staff is great and very friendly and Im sure since he is so busy and you need to make a booking 3 weeks ahead that he is a good doctor i wish i received better care.
