Dr. Moon is an expert at making babies. She treated my partner and I with kid gloves and tailored the treatment to my needs. My fiance and I trusted Dr. Moon's compassionate expertise and it resulted in us being three months pregnant after our first IVF round! Dr. Moon's team was instrumental in the process because they acted as cheerleader and coach throughout. No question was too silly and someone was always available to take my frantic calls. Dawn, the RN on Dr. Moon's team is the most brilliant and kindhearted individual. Zura, who is part of the front desk staff at K Street always made sure I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointments. I am so grateful to this team.

I have had two successful pregnancies thanks to Dr. Moon! Not only is she good at what she does, but she has a great demeanor that put me at ease. She is great at thoroughly explaining things in an easy-to-understand way, and I always was very clear on why she made the recommendations she did. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I am very surprised by the negative reviews here. I switched from another Doctor within SGF because I felt that she was cold and unsupportive. When I had my first consult with Dr. Moon I was so relieved to find the opposite. Dr. Moon was a patient of Shady Grove herself so she understand the difficulty of infertility firsthand. She is thorough and shows genuine compassion. So happy that I switched to her care.

My husband and I were treated by Dr. Moon and RN Kate Phillips via Shady Grove's Shared Risk Program. Dr. Moon's even-keeled, strong and determined manner helped us to gain more emotional strength during a very trying time. We had poor egg quality and issues with receptivity during the frozen embryo transfers. However, Dr. Moon and Kate never gave up. We always knew our next steps and why we were doing them. Kate handles the emails and prescriptions. She has endless patience and was always there to answer our questions.

Dr. Moon is compassionate, knowledgeable, and both a good explainer and listener. I felt she was personally vested in my success. The office at SGF felt at times like a factory operation, but Dr. Moon was a standoiut for her personalized care. Thanks to her, I have a little baby!

Dr. Moon and Kate Phillips at SG make an excellent team. They are responsive and work together to provide an excellent care experience. Yes, SGF is a big operation but they know what they are doing and I'm now 10 weeks along in a so-far healthy pregnancy. Couldn't ask for more.

We absolutely loved Dr. Moon! She was very calm, reassuring and knowledgeable and made the whole process much more bearable. At one point, she even spent time consoling me after one of our first few cycles didn't work. We were sad to not be pregnant but also devastated financially because our insurance didn't cover much. Dr. Moon not only helped me regain my emotional strength but then she and her team helped us figure out how to make our finances go farther. We are now a family of 3 and thrilled with our SG baby!

I was a little concerned going in to my appointment after reading the recent bad reviews. Fortunately, my experience with Dr. Moon was great. She ran over our medical histories first, then provided a detailed explanation about the fertility process and the points at which something might be going wrong. She covered most of my questions in her explanation, but gave me plenty of time to ask the few questions she did not cover. The follow-up instructions for testing and appointments was cumbersome, but both she and her nurse explained them to us very clearly. I left feeling like we have a very clear plan to move forward. I'm very glad I chose Dr. Moon.

My partner and I had a horrible time with Dr. Moon. We asked very direct questions which she evaded. We learned later that she actually lied to us about our procedure, which I find very troubling. Another physician at Shady Grove told us that "whoever told you that was wrong." Horrible horrible experience. Agree that she completely lacks empathy and is very very cold. Absolutely could not recommend her to anyone.
